When I founded Black Palm Homes, it wasn't because I wanted to build more homes.
It was because I believed there was a more thoughtful way to create them.
My passion has always been architecture—not simply how a home looks, but how it feels to live within it. I've spent years studying timeless architecture because I believe the greatest homes are never defined by trends. They are defined by proportion, intention, craftsmanship, and the way they enrich everyday life.
To me, a home should become a place of peace.
A place where mornings begin slowly with a cup of coffee as the sun rises.
A place where family gathers effortlessly around the kitchen, the great room, and the lanai.
A place where children grow, traditions begin, and evenings end watching the sunset with the people who matter most.
That experience doesn't happen by accident.
It is composed through architecture and design.
Every line we draw, every proportion we refine, every material we select, and every detail we approve exists for one reason—to create a residence where life is lived beautifully.
For that reason, Black Palm intentionally accepts only a select number of commissions each year.
Not because we seek exclusivity.
Because extraordinary work deserves extraordinary attention.
Every residence entrusted to Black Palm Homes carries our name.
Every residence strengthens our Collection.
Every residence becomes our signature.
If our philosophy resonates with you, it would be an honor to begin that journey together.
