MEET THE BUILDER
Scottie Scheetz is a fourth-generation construction professional with experience delivering more than $100 million in residential projects as a Builder and Project Manager. His work encompasses waterfront homes, infill development, and neighborhood communities in Tampa.
He is passionate about Building Science and holds a Building Science Principles certificate from the Building Performance Institute.
Originally from Virginia, Scottie earned a BS from Old Dominion University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Outside of construction, lacrosse has played a major role in Scottie’s life. He played at the collegiate level and traveled internationally as both a player and coach, including coaching at the oldest lacrosse club in Western Australia, established in 1896. In addition, he coached locally at both Tampa Preparatory School and H.B. Plant High School.
